The staff, particularly Arina and Marco, provided exceptional service and efficiently addressed our initial room issue. The breakfast was varied and delicious, featuring fresh pastries, fruits, and excellent coffee. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.

Make sure to request a shuttle service from the hotel for easy transport to and from the airport.

Additionally, I had booked a family suite, but it still wasn’t cleaned by the early afternoon the next day, indicating a clear lack of organization in their cleaning schedule.

Solid spot for families

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the modern vibe of the superior room. My son had his own space, which was perfect! Nice shower and good room service. Breakfast buffet was decent with a nice selection. A bit of a haul to get to popular sights, but we didn't mind walking. The lobby could use more chairs though!

The breakfast spread was awesome, with everything from fresh fruits to hot sausages, and the room was super comfy with nice decor. I loved the chance to unwind in the solarium after a long day of exploring. Just wish the hair dryer worked better, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊
